There is no fee charged to the buyer when the buyer chooses a property that is offered for sale in the local multiple listing service. Buyers who wish to purchase properties outside of the multiple listing service where the seller is not offering compensation to the selling agent (buyer’s agent) will have the option of employing Tammy at a reasonable fee that is negotiated in advance with her buyers.
