4. Turn right on Lamont and proceed 2.8 miles to Long Street.
5. Turn left on Long Street and proceed 0.2 miles to the security gate (approximately 25 minutes from Elk Ridge to security gate).
6. From the security gate it is 3 miles to the All American Parkway and 3.6 miles to Reilly Street.
7. At Reilly Street you can turn left to go to Pope Air Force Base and right to go further into Fort Bragg.

The Home Owners Association at Elk Ridge will make life easier by taking care of: your yard, common areas, sidewalks, streets, common lighting and yard irrigation, the exterior of your home including: pressure washing, painting, cleaning of gutters and an annual termite contract for the incredibly low fee of $140 per month. You decide if and when your dues increase as all homeowners have an equal vote in the association. Elk Ridge is a town house development which means you own the land beneath your home and have your own home owners insurance policy. Did you know that S. Ridge St. (public street) dead ends into the back of Elk Ridge? Some residents have mentioned wanting to walk to downtown shops but do not want to cross Morganton Rd. Check out S. Ridge St. as it will be a nice quiet area to walk, ride bikes, etc.

We have several homes under construction and units 30-32 can be completed in just 30-60 days with buyer’s choice of finishing materials and colors. A $5,000 deposit is required to place a home under contract and all upgrades are to be paid in advance. We will do our best to accommodate our military and VA financing whenever possible.
