Teams ranked in America’s Best Real Estate Agents had an average of 144 sides and an average sales volume of almost $61 million. This ensures that only the best of the best are included on the prestigious list. Due to Tammy’s success and those of her peers, those represented on America’s Best closed a remarkable 944,760 sides and more than $308 billion in sales volume for 2016—a 15 percent increase in sales volume from last year.

REAL Trends in partnership with Trulia and Zillow, ranks top sales associates and teams in each state and metropolitan statistical area (MSA) by their transaction sides and sales volume. This list includes 2017 The Thousand honorees as well as the next tier of successful real estate professionals, representing over 12,600 real estate sales associates across the country. To be included in the ranking, agents must have closed at least 50 transactions, compared with the industry average of 8.6, or $20 million in closed sales volume in 2016. Teams must have closed 75 transaction sides or $30 million in closed sales volume in 2016 to be included. All production numbers are independently verified by a third-party to ensure accuracy and report integrity.

Experience and Qualifications: 20+ years sales and appraisals in the Moore Co. market. One of the first few Certified Appraisers in the area. Served as an expert witness in the Moore Co. Courts for eminent domain with the NC D.O.T. Listed on the Federal Registry of Certified Appraisers. Successfully completed the educational requirements of a General Certified Appraiser. Tammy Lyne has sold over 1,000 properties and has extensive experience in the listing, sale and development of residential and commercial real estate as well as farms and land. Tammy has acted as her own designer, developer and contractor in the construction and renovation of many of her homes, farms and developments; has flipped multiple properties and has even moved a house. Lyne is an avid investor in land, residential and commercial real estate.

Tammy Olson grew up in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, PA and has lived in the Sandhills of North Carolina since 1983. She resides on a horse near Foxfire in the Pinehurst area with her husband Greg, her son, Greg Jr, 2 horses, 3 dogs, and 1 cat. She is the proud mother of 3 and a grandmother. Tammy’s interests revolve around her family, her horses and real estate.
